Udaipur beheading: Members of Hindu outfits took out a rally in Udaipur today to register their anger over the gruesome murder of a Hindu man, identified as Kanhaiya Lal, by two Muslim men. The call for the march was given by 'Sarv Samaj'. The march started from Town Hall and culminated at the Collectorate.


Rebel Shiv Sena MLAs from Maharashtra have contributed Rs 51 lakh for the flood relief wok in Assam, where they have been camping since the last week. Shiv Sena Eknath Shinde donated Rs 51 lakh to the Assam Chief Minister's Relief Fund as contribution to the ongoing rescue work. The development came amid criticism that the Sena dissidents were staying at a luxury hotel in Guwahati even as parts of Assam were grappling with severe floods. These MLAs had first come to Guwahati on June 22 and subsequently in several batches from Gujarat's Surat in chartered flights.

COVID-19 India News Updates: India recorded 12,249 new cases of the novel coronavirus, along with 13 deaths due to the infection in the past 24 hours. According to the data shared by the Union Health Ministry on Wednesday (June 22), the country saw a total of 9,862 discharges in the last 24 hours, taking the total recovery rate at around 98.61 per cent and total recoveries data reached to 4,27,25,055.
